What Are Your Rights In a Student Disciplinary Hearing?

If you are charged or arrested for a crime in Bryan|College Station, you may also be charged with a complaint for violating the Texas A&M student conduct code, even if the offense occured off-campus. Such complaints are generally submitted in writing to Student Conflict Resolution Services or the Office of the Commandant. Texas A&M University disciplinary action may include suspension, dismissal, expulsion, or letters of reprimand. Defending your criminal charges may, therefore, be only half the battle.
